The challenge
Players abandoned multi-gigabyte updates, and operators had no unified view of fleet health, donations, or player reports across their server list.
Our approach
- Built a Tauri launcher with binary-diff delta patching and integrity checks.
- Created a real-time control panel over the live fleet with role-based access.
- Integrated the donation shop, player search, and one-click server actions.
- Wired everything to a metrics backend for live dashboards.
